UNSW Redback Racing have just come back from a successful trip to Winton Raceway where we competed in the 2022 FSAE-Australasia competition and are saying thank you to the 21 sponsors that provided us with resources. With the team competing with their very first all-electric car – RB21-E – results of 5th in Engineering Design, 7th in the Business Presentation and 14th in the Cost Event have made all our members super proud of the 2022 season. All our sponsors who continued from past years into 2022 and new ones who joined along the way have been the driving forces of this year, alongside the 130 members of the team who are the backbone of Redback Racing. Sponsors have not only funded our endeavours for RB21-E’s successful run at the FSAE competition but provided us with a wealth of knowledge to a university run program for future students graduating into the engineering and motorsport sphere.
